Thanks to all the zombies and their undead friends who joined us last Saturday for the 2010 Philly Zombie Prom at The Trocadero! With around 1000 ZOMBIES in attendance, this was by far, the biggest and best Philly Zombie Crawl production to date!

Special thanks to LIVE NOT ON EVIL and THE YOUNG WEREWOLVES for once again proving why they deserve to be part of our annual prom! Also thanks to the our make-up artists who worked through the night and creating some incredible zombie faces!

Thanks also to Spark; who volunteers to shoot all the Philly Zombie Prom photographs - and you'll be able to find your shot online soon for free download.

Thanks to the hundreds of zombies who rose from the dead to join us at our 2nd annual Philly Zombie Beach Party at The Trocadero this past Friday, June 11!

Once again you zombies did not disappoint - there were some incredible costumes and zombies really got into the beach/nautical theme! Special thanks to Philly Zombie Crawl's magical make-up staff; they are truly talented machines that help create face after face for hours on end! KUDOS!

And a special shout-out to The SlotCars - who showed us all just how fun surf-punk music is live! Bet the rent they will rejoin us at next year's Beach Party!

Also, a tip 'o the hat to our friends at New York Zombie Crawl for heading down to Philly and making the night even more fun!

Finally, thanks to you - the zombies of the Greater Philadelphia region and beyond! It is because of your passion that we continue to plan and produce the Philly Zombie Crawl on Easter; the Philly Zombie Beach Party in June and of course - the big one - The Philly Zombie Prom in September.

Note that this year - due to demand - we've convinced The Trocadero that the zombies of Philadelphia want to party all night long; so this year's Philly Zombie Prom has been moved from a Sunday to SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 25! National Halloween, Horror, Haunted House and Hearse Convention

If you didn't get enough zombie lovin' this past Philly Zombie Crawl, and you can't wait until June 11th for the Philly Zombie Beach Party, then might we suggest you take a short trip down the Schuylkill Expressway to the Valley Forge Convention Center for the National Halloween, Horror, Haunted House and Hearse Convention.

From April 29th to May 2nd you can find all things spooky, creepy, frighting, and yes, zombietastic, at this convention. Over 100 vendor booths (like our web monkey Grendel's Den Design Studio and some of our makeup artists like the folks from Safari Anomalous) as well as various seminars, tours, and events

Also, our very own co-organizer and zombie fan extrodinar, Dave Ghoul, will be providing all of the ghoulish tunes for the event's costume ball, which is ZOMBIE THEMED! Not enough you say. Well, how about throwing in the chance to win tickets to both the Philly Zombie Beach Party and the Philly Zombie Prom during the costume ball? Still not enough? OK, then add a fan favorite of the Philly Zombie Prom, The Young Werewolves to the mix, 'cause they'll be performing at the convention as well!

All You Zombies!

For those who missed the infestation of zombies on South Street this past Easter Sunday night, what a Crawl you missed! Thanks to the well-over 600 zombies that came to South Street from 6pm until last call!

Zombie destinations were hoppin' all evening - in fact, at one point in the night several of the bars reached capacity and had to stop letting zombies in until the undead masses shifted to their next destination at the top of the hour!

We have some minor tweaks already in the work for the 6th annual Philly Zombie Crawl next Easter ... but for now, all of our attention is on our 2nd annual PHILLY ZOMBIE BEACH PARTY!

ZOMBIELAND - Be There!

As we inch closer to the 5th annual Philly Zombie Crawl - Easter Sunday, April 4 - what better way to warm up during these cold winter nights than to be surrounded by other zombie fans and friends and take in a good move... ZOMBIELAND!

Fact is, geeks love zombies and zombies love geeks (cause they got yummy brains!) - so, we at Philly Zombie Crawl have teamed up with Geekadelphia to present a special screening of ZOMBIELAND at Philadelphia's wonderful Trocadero Theatre.

Now zombie costumes aren't required for this event, but you might just win a prize of you dress up! We'll be awarding prizes for best costumes, with giveaways from upcoming films Wolfman, Legion, and the vampire film Daybreakers.

If you pop up before 7pm (doors are at 6:30) you'll get a free beer (yes!) and a bag of popcorn. Movie starts at 8.

Admission is $3 (which goes towards a drink). Come by, it'll be fun!
